I stand with Israel

"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palace." Psalm 22: 6-7

Once again, Palestinian Arabs have decided to attack Israel. And, once again, the Palestinians will lose, as they should.

There are at least 20 Arab nations in the Middle East, and just one Israel.

So, some of the questions are: Why is to so hard to accept that Israel has a right to exist? Why do Palestinians (most of whom are from Jordan) feel that they have a right to live there, and Jews don't? Why don't the Arab nations, particularly Jordan, take in their fellow Arabs, the Palestinians? Why do Arabs (most of whom are Muslim) feel that they have a right to the Temple Mount, and Jewish people don't?

Based on the Holy Bible and historical evidence, the land of Israel is thousands of years old. Consequently, Jews have lived in the Middle East for thousands of years.

We know that Great Britain came to control that part of the world after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, but let's not pretend that Israel has not existed for thousands of years, and that Jews just arrived in the Middle East in 1948, when the State of Israel was officially founded.

Just in case it's not clear, Jerusalem is mentioned in the Bible over 600 times; however, it's not mentioned once in the Qur'an (Koran).

Please note that the area known as "Gaza" (commonly referred to as the "Gaza Strip") is mentioned in the Book of Genesis (10:15–1), confirming that Judaism predates Islam by at least 1,000 years.

I visited Israel in 2008, and saw the concrete walls put up in some Jewish neighborhoods in order to protect innocent civilians. The U.S. would never allow its citizens to constantly be under attack, and neither should Israel. Therefore, I stand with Israel.
