We will never forget

Twenty-one (21) years ago, Islamic Jihadists murdered almost 3,000 people on 9/11/2001.

We must never forget the worst attack on mainland United States. We owe it to the nearly 3,000 victims, and the first responders who gave their lives to rescue as many people as possible.

We, as a nation, cannot afford to go back to pre-9/11 thinking.

Finally (for now), we are forever grateful to former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik, who kept the City together while we were reeling from the monstrous attack. We are also grateful to American heroes like Todd Beamer, who decided to fight back, rather than let the jihadists slam the airplane into the Capitol, or possibly the White House.
